Arm exercise labyrinth with forearm cuff

The exercise labyrinth for the arm exercises the movement and coordination of the arm and hand. The three-dimensional labyrinth is attached to the arm with Velcro so that the arm can continue to move freely.

The intention is to move the red wooden pearl from one side to the other via the curved wires. The arm is moved in all directions in a playful way. This stimulatesmotor skills , eye-hand coordination , muscle strengthening and reduces stress .

The movements are always calm and controlled.

The practice labyrinth can be used in different ways and levels of difficulty by attaching it to other body parts such as: wrist, elbow up or down, both arms at the same time, or upside down on the arm.

To increase the difficulty, it can always be weighted with a weightcuff or with time measurement .
