Cherry stone pillow

Usage:
Heat the cherry stone pillow in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600 watts or in the traditional oven for about 8 minutes at 150°C . Longer heating is not necessary and can cause a fire hazard .

The pillow can also be used as a cold compress : place it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for a while. This will provide relief for swelling or bruising.
