PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Dynamic cryotherapy:

Ice cold water is forced through anatomically shaped cooling cuffs
simultaneous compression ensures a better fit of the cuff, but also a dynamic thrust which results in
- a deeper cold effect,
- long-term pain relief,
- stimulation of blood and lymph circulation.
pre-programmed protocols help to set the desired cold and pressure

COOLING CUFFS

cuffs are specifically designed for different body parts and joints .

  - the ice-cooled water circulates throughout the entire cuff for homogeneous cooling.
  - the minimum measured skin temperature is 5°C .
  - the most positive effects of cryotherapy can be expected with a cooling between 4.5°C and 15.5°C.
- compression (5-75 mm Hg):
  - the air chamber is connected to a compressor that allows alternating phases of compression with relaxation .
Hygiene: The cooling cuffs are protected by a removable cover, which is available separately.
