TECHNIQUE FOR CONSTRUCTING AMD MEN

1. Open the liner and fold it in half. Remove the protective film from the adhesive tape.
2. Make sure to point the flared part of the liner upwards.
3. Attach the insert in the front part of the underwear (or fixation pants) and pull it up. Make sure that there is optimal contact between the insert and your body.
4. Do not wear loose-fitting underwear or "boxer" type briefs.
