Pedoball

Pedoball is a round plastic disc with a groove around it in which a ball runs. The top is equipped with anti-slip studs. The Pedoball can be used for foot or hand exercises.

Foot : The disc is attached with Velcro at the bottom of a foot. Ankle rotation can set the ball in motion. Since the exercise is done on one leg, this is a fairly demanding exercise in terms of balance. An easier variant is to do this exercise while sitting. The Pedoball has a hemisphere at the bottom, so it can also serve as a classic balancing disc.

Hand : Here one mainly practices wrist rotation and coordination.
