The Basic Package includes tools with a RED color:

People with dementia or visual impairments notice a red color better. By giving the tableware a red touch, we encourage better food and fluid intake.

With a weakened grip, e.g. due to arthritis or paralysis, a different handle can often make the difference: thicker, lighter, contoured, ergonomic or with a clip. All cutlery is suitable for a domestic dishwasher. Industrial dishwashers such as in commercial kitchens and institutions can damage the handle.
