When choosing collection material, we distinguish between light, moderate and heavy incontinence.
- Light or drop incontinence
With moderate exertion, but also spontaneously, some urine loss occurs. The amount of urine can be collected with a slightly absorbent material. - Moderate incontinence
Significant amounts of urine are discharged. You must wear absorbent material continuously. - Heavy incontinence
Continuous leakage from the bladder or complete spontaneous emptying of the bladder occurs. This can only be absorbed with large quantities of (highly) absorbent material.
