Kettlebell - Mambo

Kettlebells are cast iron weights that strongly resemble a cannonball with a handle. The ball that is flattened at the bottom is covered with a vinyl coating that has a different color for each weight. The coating ensures that the surface is not damaged when the kettlebells are put down or stored. Kettlebells are an alternative to training with barbells: the handle allows the weight to be swung, giving strength training an extra dimension.
