Delivery time and Shipping costs
How fast will my order be delivered?
If the products of your order are in stock **, they will be shipped the same day by post if you order before 3 pm.
What is the delivery time then?
Belgium:
1. If we ship the same day, we count on the post that they will deliver the next working day to your home or at the postal point.
2. The postal service itself says it can achieve this in 97% of the cases. So if you do not receive your package the next day, you can follow your package via the track-and-trace link.
The Netherlands:
1. If we ship the same day, we count on the post that they will deliver the next working day to your home or at the postal point.
2. The post itself says it can achieve this in 95% of the cases. So if you do not receive your package the next day, you can follow your package via the track-and-trace link.
France:
1. If we ship the same day, we count on the mail that they will deliver to your home or at the postal point within 2 days.
2. The post itself says it can achieve this in 94% of the cases. So if you do not receive your package the next day, you can follow your package via the track-and-trace link.
(**) In our webshop, every product is stated if it is in stock or not on the product page of the product itself.
If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will immediately inform you by e-mail or by telephone.
If the package is not in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible. For most products this is within 5 to 10 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
The prices stated on the product pages are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
Belgium:
- For orders under € 60: € 4.99 for deliveries to a postal point and € 5.60 for home deliveries.
- For orders from € 60, -: FREE
The Netherlands:
- For orders under € 60: € 5.99
- For orders from € 60, -: FREE
France:
- For orders under € 60: € 8.99
- For orders from € 60, -: FREE
Other shipping costs:
Italy: € 18 (free from € 1000)
Austria: € 19.99 (free from € 1000)
Spain: € 16 (free from € 300)
Luxembourg: € 8.99 (free from € 70)
Germany: € 9 (free from € 1000)
Denmark: € 13 (free from € 1000)
Sweden: € 16 (free from € 1000)
Delivery abroad takes place via the courier services (GLS). In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the exact time of delivery.
You will always receive a track and trace email to track the delivery of your package.
Can I pick up the order myself?
You can pick up your package yourself in exceptional cases. Please contact us for this at [email protected]
