
How to return?
If the received item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return label within 30 days of receiving your package. You do this by logging in with the email address you used to order. You do not need an account for this.

1. YES: You can return the item for FREE:
- If the consideration period of 30 days after receipt has not expired;
- If the item is complete;
- If the item is undamaged;
- If the item is unused, unworn and / or unwashed;

2. NO: You can return the item with payment of €7 return costs:

- If the article is not provided with original packaging;
- If it is a hygiene product (see below *)
How to return?
1. Log in to your Thuiszorgwebshop account and go to 'my orders'. Click on 'view' and indicate in the relevant article that you want to report the return. Follow the instructions.
2. You will receive the return label via e-mail (duration: max. 2 days). Download the label (free or with payment of € 7) and print it. Pack the item together with the packing slip that originally came with it and firmly attach the label to the package over the previous label. Don't have a printer? Write the return address including the return number of the label and confirm it on the package.
3. Hand in the package to your chosen Bpost (BE) or PostNL (NL) office. You don't have to pay anything there. Keep your proof of delivery well!
4. As soon as we receive the item, you will receive an e-mail from us. At that time we will also refund the amount due. This can take up to 10 days depending on how quickly the mail delivers this to us.
Return exceptions *:
There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Certain hygienically sensitive products require extra attention before returning:
Hygiene items can only be returned by law if the sealing of the packaging is undamaged. This includes, among other things, bandages, braces, urinals, mattress covers, mattresses, cushions, seat cushions, toilet seats, shower seats and toilet boosters.
Please contact us to ask if it is a hygienic item or not that can be returned. So always be sure when ordering such an item. If you have any doubts about your purchase with regard to whether a hygienic item is suitable for you, we recommend that you read the additional explanation for each item that contains all the technical information.
