Strengthen back and abdominal muscles prevents back pain


Your muscles give your back support and stability. However, during muscle exercises, make sure that you strive for a balance between your abdominal and back muscles. For example, if you develop too many abdominal muscles, your torso will bend slightly (almost invisibly) to the front and that is enough to eventually get posture-related pain complaints. The aim of the exercises is that you keep nicely straight - almost perpendicular - in order not to generate tension in your body.


Do a sport that you enjoy
Doing sports very regularly is important. So definitely choose a sport that you like to do and not a sport that is supposedly good for the back. Of course there are certain sports that you do not do better if you have a weak back (volleyball, skydiving, etc.). Just continue with your common sense in the choice.
