The Olaf childcare bed is ideal for restless children with excessive motor skills. It is ideal for children who can sit independently and need nursing or therapy in bed.

Olaf can help promote and facilitate independent movements. It is suitable for children who, despite a condition, still have motor skills to get in and out of bed independently.
The colored design of the childcare bed makes it more attractive and promotes visual perception. Moreover, it stimulates the children's imagination. Because this childcare bed is equipped with Plexiglas panels, the child can actively participate in what is happening around him/her.

It is a safe and cozy place to sleep at night, and becomes an inviting and fully-fledged play park during the day. The Olaf childcare bed has four doors that open on the long side. The door height of 98 cm and 135 cm prevents children from climbing out of the bed without supervision.

The extra large height adjustment from 35 cm to 103 cm (top of mattress, other option: 17 cm / 103 cm, see below) ensures an ergonomic position for the carer that is good for the back and yet the child can still get in - a crawl out of bed.

The KayserBett Olaf can be positioned exactly at sitting or wheelchair height to allow for easy and safe transfer in and out of the bed. It has enough free space to use a lifter. Wheels may be required to use a lifter. (Cannot be installed in case of option with 17 cm access level). With a load capacity of 150 kg, a parent or therapist can also lie in bed with the child.

In combination with an electric sleeping platform (option KR1, KR2, KR3, KR11 and KR12, see below), Olaf can be adjusted in different positions and heights. Moving the sleeping platform up and down (without reaching the end position) and varying the loads can increase the tilting (see photos below). By moving the platform to the upper and lower end positions (until the motor stops) this effect can be rebalanced. In doing so, the sleeping platform will return to its original horizontal position.

In this way, the delivery and installation is planned efficiently and quickly.
